Activities

The project strategy is made up of integrated multidimensional activities which interact creating a network of synergies whose fil rouge is the wellbeing of children and adolescents, families and communities. DCI Italia takes part in this project as an expert consultant in the definition of child safeguarding and training of the actors involved.

The main objectives of the project are:

• Creation of a specialist service for the evaluation, support and planning for high-risk migrants or victims of abuse and their families, who together with public services, is able to address issues in all cities; 
• Activation of prevention and treatment interventions which are integrated and multidimensional;
• Strengthen parental competencies;
• Strengthen competencies of social and health practitioners, teachers, police and legal professionals operating on the ground;
• Strengthen educators’ competencies and raise awareness in the community.
